FREE SHIPPING on selected products.


ORDERS WITH PERISHABLE ITEMS (FROZEN) must be 10 pounds or more.

USPS Priority Mail® Shipping Fees:


  • Small = $18 shipping
  • Regular = $20 shipping
  • Large = $29.95 shipping*


NOTE: If your order require an additional box, it will be charge by the size of your order.  Shipping rates are calculate only for U.S., Puerto Rico and US Protectorates.

Shipping Policies

  • Free shipping applied on specific orders.
  • Shipping is calculated separately for each delivery address.
  • Perishable (Fresh Seafood) Minimum order: Frozen products must total 10 pounds or more, to prevent thawing during shipping
  • Non-Perishable Foods (canned and pouched) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® and normally arrive within 4 to 7 business days, depending upon destination.
  • Frozen Foods ship overnight via FedEx every Tuesday.

When should my order arrive?

All times are Alaska Standard, and these guidelines apply unless you choose Overnight service:

USPS Priority Mail® Service:

  • Normally arrive within 4 to 7 days, depending upon destination.

    Fresh Fish Schedule using Overnight Service*:

    • Orders are shipped every Tuesday morning (Alaska Standard Time) to arrive Wednesday.
    • Orders placed on Tuesday will ship the following week to arrive the day after... in other words, one day after the day the order was placed.

    • Ship via FedEx.


    Fresh Overnight Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International addresses are not available.



    Handling Fresh Seafood

    • We ship our frozen products with ice packs.
    • Perishable products should be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt.
    • Sometimes packages do not arrive solidly frozen. As long as they are cold to the touch, slightly thawed sealed portions may be safely refrozen with no perceptible loss of quality or nutritional value.
    • Unopened, vacuum-packed smoked fish packages does not have to  be refrigerated.
    • After opening, smoked and non-smoked fish from can or pouch is best consumed within 7 days.
    • Unopened, vacuum-packed fresh fish packages have a frozen shelf life of about 1 year.


    NOTE: We cannot guarantee specific delivery times:

    • We strive to deliver your order on time to the address you designate. Virtually all of our deliveries are successful and we want to make sure yours is among them!
    • The courier will normally knock on your door and, if no one answers, will leave your package at your door.
    • Occasionally, perishables will arrive early in the day. In most cases, if no one is home, couriers will leave the package at your door.
    • We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.

    International Shipping Information

    • Small = $30.00 shipping
    • Regular = $65.00 shipping
    • Large = $110.00 shipping*
    • Canadian and International customers must place their orders at +1 (907) 821-3554 on Monday through Sunday from 7:00am to 5:00pm Alaska Standard Time.
    • Canadian orders will be sent by post, using USPS Priority Mail International.
    • *Customers should expect to pay any applicable taxes or customs fees upon package delivery.
    • We can only send non-perishable goods.


    Changing your shipping address after you’ve paid

    If you’ve already completed your purchase but need to make a change to your address or shipping details, contact us as possible (907) 821-3554 or to let us know.

    Generally we can’t change the shipping address that you provided at checkout. If we haven’t yet sent the item, the best thing to do is to contact us thru e-mail with the correct shipping address.

    If you made your purchase in the last hour, we will confirm if the item haven't been sent yet.

    If your item has already been sent, we won’t be able to make changes to your order.  The package will be sent to the address you originally selected. If possible, you should try to collect your item from the address used at checkout.


    Changing your shipping details at checkout

    When you’re buying an item, you’ll confirm the shipping method and address at checkout. Make sure you check these details carefully before completing your purchase.

    We’ll automatically enter your primary shipping address in the Ship to field.
